Why a dog attack my dogs on a leash? ?

I have a Dalmatian who is 18 months old named Ellie. She is a lovely bitch and is refined in the country and usually when other dogs. My sister just bought a new Siberian Husky play which depicts the Combat is. When I for a walk, put him out of his head is doing well. But now that seems to attack other dogs when they are in the walks where normally does not smell and is dedicated to walking. She appears to attack mainly the dogs on a leash when they are out of plumb. Is anyone knows what has changed and all I can do? It's like she becomes a different dog!

What Your Dog is done on the field. With all the dogs when they are on a leash, are the least dominant around them. They are controlled. When your dog is out of his belt and he is another dog attacking to prove she is dominant. I hope this helped!
