Is there a way to restore the "cling" to cling vinyl window?
Clean them. Usually, the reason which hold more than usual is dirty. I just wash with a mild soap such as dish soap. Then the dry air that usually is "Hold" thereafter. It is also necessary to put them in their own window. If you still need help will not cling to add static electricity to it. Rub into the carpet clean hair (think what you do to hang balloons). One wool sweater is perfect why. Another trick if you store them. As if the Christmas decorations put them on waxed paper and store in a zippered bag.
